Welcome to Click Chat Popup (the "App"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the App, which is designed to be used on the Wix platform. By installing and using this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Click Chat Popup provides Wix site owners with a tool to facilitate lead generation and customer communication through popups and chat buttons (e.g., WhatsApp).

By installing the App on your Wix site, you represent that you have the authority to bind yourself or the entity you represent to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

The App and all its intellectual property rights are owned by the developer ("We", "Us", "Our"). We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely on your Wix-hosted website.

  • Providing your own Privacy Policy to your site visitors.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. It is important to note that the App developer does not collect or store your customers' or site visitors' personal information on external servers. All data processed by the App is stored within your own Wix account environment.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date or through the Wix Dashboard.
